Returns
At 1 Shapers, we make every effort to ensure that our products meet the needs and expectations of our customers. However, due to the nature of intimate apparel, we do not accept returns of our products unless it is proven that there is a manufacturing defect in the garment. For this reason, we always strive to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition and with the best guaranteed quality.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect and wish to request a return, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to do so. To request a return, you must email us at our customer service address with the following details:
- Order number
- Product name
- Description of the defect
- Photograph of the defect
We will verify your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the product. It is important to note that before the return is processed, the product will undergo an inspection to confirm the defect. The product must be in perfect condition, not have been worn or washed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
If the defect is confirmed, you may send the product back to our physical address so that we can provide you with a new garment that is in perfect condition. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with our policies.
